A study of sargents studies 
I’ve always wanted to do a master study. I started today with a speed paint of a John Singer Sargent painting. I just love this one, and while studying it, I fell in love with it even more.
Here is an old sketch I had laying around that I never finished.
I might add more detail later, if people are interested in it.

Some quiick sketches.
After sketching lots of sketches from reference, I thought it was time to test myself and see what i’ve learned. I’m proud with what i’ve come up with. I still have a lot to learn. Lighting is one tuff aspect to master. The first two are sketches of zepherzeil. The last one is a phone sketch.
